Rick Young
Our founder brings a wealth of experience, with 14 years in the SaaS industry, where he has helped build and scale sales organizations across innovative startups and scale-ups. His latest venture, building Insitio, is born from his desire to solve challenges plaguing salespeople and sales organizations everywhere. He has a track record of driving SaaS startups from their initial stages of finding product-market fit to achieving remarkable ARR milestones and has helped shape the sales process of now billion dollar SaaS companies.
His expertise is not just in growing businesses but also in expanding their reach – and has successfully led the expansion of European SaaS companies into the North American market and has a knack for building sales teams and processes from the ground up, catering to a diverse range of business sizes from SMBs to large enterprises.
He has successfully collaborated with top venture capitalist firms, contributing significantly to both pre and post-investment activities, including a notable $23M Series A funding round and a strategic $50M merger/acquisition. His role at Insitio is more than a position; it’s a culmination of his experiences, insights, and aspirations to transform how revenue teams work in an AI-driven world.

Chris Battis is an AI advisor for Insitio, he stands at the forefront of digital innovation as the current Senior Solutions Architect at Jasper.ai. Chris has been a driving force in guiding Jasper customers towards harnessing the power of AI for their content creation needs, showcasing his expertise in prompt engineering and AI consulting.
Before his current role, Chris honed his skills and knowledge at HubSpot, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company's technical services and overseeing significant digital transformations. His tenure at HubSpot was marked by a series of achievements, including the establishment of the company’s first domestic office in Portsmouth, NH, and managing a global team responsible for the successful migration of thousands of customer websites. This period was a testament to Chris's ability to drive large-scale projects and lead teams effectively.

Jami Rahman
Jami Rahman is a technical Advisor at Insitio, and his expertise is crucial in the roll out of our main product release, user beta testing, product roadmap development, and implementing several SaaS platforms internally. Jami is currently the Global Director of Solutions Engineering at an EMEA-based multinational corporation. Since joining in 2015, Jami has been a driving force in propelling the startup to a remarkable $100M ARR entity.
Jami took center stage as a crucial member of the task force that spearheaded the latest investment and acquisition by a large private equity firm. His adeptness was showcased in presenting cutting-edge products to potential private equity buyers, a testament to his strategic prowess.
Prior to his latest venture, Jami’s experience has revolved around product development and marketing within the pharmaceutical and e-commerce sectors.

Jason Knapp
Jason Knapp, our legal advisor at Insitio, brings a wealth of experience and a strategic approach to our business. He provides pivotal executive leadership and crafts practical solutions that align with our dynamic business needs.
Jason has served in general counsel roles at high-growth tech startups for over five years where he has demonstrated a solution-oriented approach to legal challenges in key areas such as commercial contracts, privacy compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. This hands-on expertise helps us scale our business, build key relationships, and establish strong practices and policies.
Before his first general counsel role, Jason was senior legal counsel in an EMEA-based multinational corporation negotiating commercial contracts, investigating compliance matters, and working on M&A deals. His well-rounded legal and business background makes him an invaluable asset to the Insitio team.

His leadership and vision in the field of security have been instrumental in guiding Insitio through the complex landscape of digital security. With his guidance, Insitio remains committed to implementing the highest standards of security, ensuring that our clients can trust us with their most sensitive data.
